The 134th Peterborough Royal Foxhound Show and the Festival of Hunting returns to the East of England Showground on 20 July 2022.

The Festival of Hunting is now recognised as the annual showcase for the world of hunting. Hounds representing over 100 packs from across the UK will be at the Peterborough venue for this annual celebration.

The Festival of Hunting encompasses the Peterborough Royal Foxhound Show – two leading events bringing hunting supporters together to meet socially and witness the very best hounds currently being bred in the country.

Displays of Harriers, Beagles, Basset Hounds, Bloodhounds, Draghounds and Terriers will take place. Fell, Stag Hounds and coursing dogs will also be attending.

In addition, there will be the ever-popular Inter-Hunt Senior and Junior Team Relays. Two opposing teams race against the clock over a mirror image set of fences – with Hunts from all over the country, this is a very fiercely fought contest.

A wide range of specialist trade stands in fashion, catering and fresh local produce will be available for visitors to enjoy.
